A home for your everyday rhythm
The Kasbah is a furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Movie Colony East. You have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a workspace, plus driveway parking for three cars. Outside, the private garden has a saltwater pool, a separate spa, shaded seating and an outdoor dining area.
For couples, families or friends sharing a visit, two king beds and two queen beds sleep up to eight. The queen bedrooms connect through a closet-style passage; the fourth bedroom also opens outside. See the bedroom photographs before deciding how the layout works for you.
Plan your longer stay
Choose your arrival and departure dates and guest count to check live availability and your full stay price. Add pets at checkout. Ask your hosts about optional pool heating for all or part of your stay before booking.
Save 20% on nightly rates for 7–27 nights, or 45% for 28 nights or more. The applicable stay discount is applied automatically at checkout; weekly and monthly discounts do not combine. Cleaning, applicable taxes and optional extras are additional. Review your itemized total and cancellation terms before paying; full payment is due when you book.
Winter availability varies. Complete secure checkout and look for your booking confirmation. For questions or special arrangements, you can request a personal quote; an inquiry alone does not reserve dates.
Pool heating and pets
Spa heating is included. Pool heating is optional at $150 per day, with a two-day minimum and at least 24 hours' notice. For a longer visit, tell us which days you expect to use it so it can be included accurately in your quote.
Up to two dogs or cats under 50 pounds each are welcome by arrangement, with a $250 fee per stay. Add your pets at checkout and contact your hosts about any special arrangements. The pool is unfenced; children need adult supervision.
Make the neighborhood part of your stay

The house is a quiet residential retreat. No events, outdoor music or smoking; visitors require advance approval. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. Your hosts will confirm the terms for your stay before you commit.
