A home for your everyday rhythm
The Kasbah is a furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Movie Colony East. You have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a workspace, plus driveway parking for three cars. Outside, the private garden has a saltwater pool, a separate spa, shaded seating and an outdoor dining area.
For couples, families or friends sharing a visit, two king beds and two queen beds sleep up to eight. The queen bedrooms connect through a closet-style passage; the fourth bedroom also opens outside. See the bedroom photographs before deciding how the layout works for you.
What to ask for in a longer-stay quote
Send your preferred arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, any pets and whether your dates are flexible. Tell us if you would like pool heating for all or part of your stay.
Monthly stays are by arrangement and depend on the calendar. There is no fixed monthly price advertised here, and a monthly discount is not automatic. Ask your hosts to confirm the full accommodation price, applicable fees and taxes, utility arrangements, housekeeping, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your exact stay.
Winter dates may already be reserved. Sending an inquiry does not hold dates or confirm availability; wait for your hosts' written confirmation before making other travel commitments.
Pool heating and pets
Spa heating is included. Pool heating is optional at $150 per day, with a two-day minimum and at least 24 hours' notice. For a longer visit, tell us which days you expect to use it so it can be included accurately in your quote.
Up to two dogs or cats under 50 pounds each are welcome by arrangement, with a $250 fee per stay. Please include your pets when you inquire. The pool is unfenced; children need adult supervision.
Make the neighborhood part of your stay

The house is a quiet residential retreat. No events, outdoor music or smoking; visitors require advance approval. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. Your hosts will confirm the terms for your stay before you commit.
