With 2,000 square feet inside and an 11,000-square-foot gated lot, there’s room to gather around the table, drift out to the pool, and settle in together.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. Ask your hosts about early arrival or late departure; availability and any charge will be confirmed with your quote.
Can the pool and spa be heated?
Spa heating is included. Pool heating is optional at $150 per day, with a two-day minimum. Please request it at least 24 hours before arrival so your hosts can arrange it.
Are pets welcome?
Dogs and cats are welcome by arrangement. A $250 pet fee applies per stay. Up to two pets are allowed, each under 50 pounds. Tell us about your pets in your inquiry so your hosts can confirm the details.
Is the house suitable for families?
Children are welcome. Three high chairs and three portable cribs are available. Please include any equipment needs in your inquiry. The pool is unfenced, so children need adult supervision.
What should we know about the house?
No events, outdoor music, or smoking. Only registered guests are permitted unless visitors are approved in advance. The pool is not fenced; children need adult supervision.
How are rates and bookings confirmed?
Rates depend on your dates. The base rate covers six guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night, up to eight guests total. Your hosts will confirm a full quote, including applicable fees and taxes, payment terms, and the cancellation policy before you commit. An inquiry does not hold dates.
